Proxolve Legal Agreement

This Legal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Proxolve and the user (“User”) and governs the use of Proxolve’s services. By accessing and using Proxolve’s services, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. No Refunds for Drop: Proxolve does not issue refunds for drops in follower counts, likes, views, or other metrics. Users acknowledge that fluctuations in such metrics may occur and understand that no refunds will be provided for such drops.

2. No Guarantee for Account Bans: Proxolve does not guarantee the avoidance of account bans or any adverse actions by social media platforms or any other third-party services. Users acknowledge that the use of Proxolve’s services carries inherent risks, and Proxolve is not liable for any consequences resulting from account actions taken by third parties.

3. Legal Use of Services: Selling and buying services such as likes, followers, and subscribers is generally not illegal by law. However, Users are responsible for ensuring that they use Proxolve’s services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Proxolve disclaims all liability for any misuse or illegal activity conducted by Users, regardless of whether they have read this Agreement.

4. Maximum Liability: In the event of a failed delivery or any dispute, the maximum amount Proxolve is liable to refund is limited to the order amount, less any associated costs. Proxolve reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred in processing the order.

5. Additional Terms:

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to use Proxolve’s services.
  • Proxolve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activities conducted through their accounts.
  • Proxolve may collect and process personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Proxolve operates- INDIA.

By using Proxolve’s services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should refrain from using Proxolve’s services. Proxolve reserves the right to update and modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and Users are encouraged to review it periodically for any changes.
