Proxolve Refund Policy

  • If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days, depending on your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you change your mind or no longer wish to use the purchased services.

  • If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided by our support team regarding your refund request, you may initiate a dispute through your payment provider. However, we encourage customers to first reach out to our support team for a resolution.
